Excellent and professional service

My fiancee and I reserved a Madrid house at the Kudos development in Leeds.Kathryn was incredibly patient with our incessant demands to repeatedly view the show home. Kathryn also moved heaven and earth to help us change our plot to one with a slightly bigger driveway. Then at the 11th hour, we found a totally different house that we fell in love with and pulled out of the Strata home altogether. Kathryn was very understanding, incredibly professional, and massively helpful.I could not recommend either Kathryn or Strata highly enough. Perhaps in the future, a Strata home will be the right move for us, and at that time, I will happily go for it.

Now hour house is warm and looking brand new!

Thank you for your hard work we really appreciate your help for what you have done for us. Our house is so very warmnow for so long without having to put the heating on long hours. We noticed that one hour to two hours is enough to keep our house warm all day! At the moment the weather is not extremely cold but the mornings are just a bit chilly!Still it is marvellous how it remains warm all day after heating the house for a short time! Terrible aftercare

We moved in 31 months ago and have had countless problems with the patio doors. It was finally acknowledged 4 months ago that they needed replacing, and I still haven’t had any update. I have sent 5 emails and multiple phone calls, and eventually was promised by our previous customer services rep that our newly assigned rep would be in touch. This has not happened.

Really disappointing

As a prospective buyer it's a very engaging and smooth journey. The staff are supportive and generally accommodating.However, once you move in it is a completely different story. From my perspective as a customer, Strata focusses on the front-end and once you're in they forget about you.It took over 1 full year to have people come out and remedy things like uneven floors, broken appliances and more. It would take me 20 minutes to right the extent of it, but in summary - really, really disappointed. If the owners/sr management went through the journey I think they'd be shocked.I personally will not buy a Strata again and sad to say I would not recommend others do too. There have been so many opportunities to make it right and they just don't seem to give a CRAP.

We purchased a house on Encore development with Strata & it was the best experience I have had when purchasing a new house. From the Reservation stage to collecting the keys, the team have always been on hand to assist with any queries or any questions I have. Sarah in the sales team has been very helpful throughout the process. The VIP lounge has been very helpful to, with weekly updating of the progress being uploaded for our reviewing. Picking the extras and the spec for kitchens and bathrooms was also a very enjoyable experience with the knowledge of Sarah on the sales team really assisted with our decisions. The finish product is beautiful and worth every penny. Thx you very much & I look forward the support for the next 2 years while our house settles & dries out 👍👍

We have been in our beautiful Strata home for three months now and just wanted to say that we are so impressed with the quality of our home. We first visited the site back in June 2020 after visiting a friend who had recently moved in and fell in love with the site. After speaking with Charlotte we quickly made the decision to reserve a plot and have never looked back. Charlotte has been so helpful and supportive with every aspect of the move. Since moving in any little snags we had Ryan, the site manager, has been incredibly understanding and resolves the issue without any hesitations. 360 - Faultless level of service all round

From visiting site back in May 2021 Charlotte put us at our ease, with a friendly, informal, relaxed yet professional approach when discussing the development, surrounding area and helpful tips and pointers on what there was in the vicinity we knew we were dealing with a great team. Before even reserving we chatted to a couple of people who had already moved in and they gave peace of mind that the site was built and managed to a very high standard. Charlotte would keep us regularly updated, check in on how we were getting on and even if there was no news to give, we'd still get a call to catch up. The wider team at Strata (Melanie and Chelsea on the Assisted Move scheme) were equally excellent - they guided us through the process, gave us solid advice and kept us well updated on how our sale was also progressing. We were super keen to get in ahead of the stamp-duty taper and it was really tight (our build date was due end October) but Charlotte, Ryan and the onsite team did everything they could to get us in and managed to pull the date back to end September. The support post-moving in has been of an equally high standard from Ryan and the team. 4 weeks since moving in, we've had literally had a handful of minor issues (far less than we were anticipating) all of which are in hand or have been resolved promptly and effectively thanks to the team onsite. Overall, we would strongly recommend Strata as a builder to anyone considering a move; the house is solidly built, using great quality materials and finished to a high standard. Thanks Charlotte, Ryan, Melanie, Chelsea and the wider team for making our move a pain-free one and supporting us along the way.

Outstanding house and service

Haven’t long moved into a Strata home on the Encore development. We are really impressed with the quality of the finishing. Our sales representative Sarah was outstanding throughout the process of purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble. She even worked hard to bring forward the completion date of our move to prevent our chain from collapsing. Overall we are very pleased with the house. The rooms are a good size and we are in amongst beautiful green space. We have already raised some minor snags (missing handle from a wardrobe door, issue with living room lights) and these have been fixed promptly and courteously. This is ahead of a more formal meeting in a months’ time to raise any additional snags that we require fixing. We have a named contact who we can raise any issues with so we are secure on the knowledge that if there are any issues we can contact someone. We are absolutely delighted with our forever home and we want to thank Sarah and everyone at Strata for all of their hard work in getting us in.

Terrible customer aftercare on poorly…

Terrible customer aftercare on poorly built homes.3 years and 3 months and still have outstanding issues to be completed on the house. We also still have no roads on the estate that some people have lived in almost 4 years.Customer service team just don't bother replying, managers are exceptionally rude and seemingly unaware of the poor build quality, dealing with this company has taken 4 years of my life, been a nightmare and they think they are untouchable!

Brought a house on Strata Verve

Brought a house on Strata Verve. We were very nervous on buying a new build, especially when we are right next to the building site, however, we have been so impressed with the build quality and care. Sheereen was amazing from first seeing the house, following up and helping us get into the house in good time. She really looks out for the customer and does everything she can. Ian the site manager has been amazing with a few small issues we have had have been resolved same day, and he has been helpful through the whole process. You can tell he is very experienced in the trade and it makes a big difference. Ali has been our customer care manager who again, amazing follow up and looking out for the customer, all in all the team on this site is amazing and have really made buying a new house for our family enjoyable and a great experience. All of the other trades on the site are always polite and considerate which makes a big difference. Thanks Sheereen, Ian and Ali.

Strata Ambition 4 (Leeds) have such an incompetent Sales Office Team. They will tell you LIES, completely MISLEAD you about the costly options you select during your choices meeting. They will show you a showhome and then build something else. The Customer Service Managers in Ambition 4 Leeds Sales Office will sweet talk on the phone but VERY DECEITFUL when telling you what options you get during your choices meeting. It is a shame because they have amazing builders, but such a HOPELESS SALES OFFICE TEAM. DO NOT BUY FROM LEEDS AMBITION 4 SALES OFFICE. IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE, RECORD EVERYTHING WHILST YOU ARE IN THE OFFICE, AS EVIDENCE OF THEIR LIES. Strata, replace your Sales office team at Leeds Ambition 4, they are letting the whole site down.

The buying experience from strata was extremely professional and they offered a great service until you sign the dotted line....I would not buy strata home ever again, our property was one of the last houses to be built on our street and as time has gone on, more and more problems have developed.I wouldn't recommend Strata homes to anyone, poor craftsmanship and careless in places.our biggest mistake was not getting independent company to check the house before you sign the dotted line to make sure everything is up to the government standard.After emailing strata about some hazardous issues with our home, they didn't offer any support and just denied any personality.I emailed support and also put a complaint in with no joy, they choose to not replace a fire door due to poor craftsmanship and ofter no support. Shame on you for not caring about your customers well being.

Decided to buy a livorno on Anthem at Beverley , after initially been undecided and taking my time . Firstly , I just need to say that Rachel Roy who is dealing with my sale , really is the most genuine lovely person and has really looked after me so far (and been so patient !) She has explained everything to me , and even though she is there to do a job , she provides such a personable service , it's almost like having a personal friend !
