This is just a review for my maintenance visit. Malc Tall who came to fix an issue was very pleasant, was scheduled for two visits for two separate issues which seemed a waste of his time and looked at one problem I hadn’t even logged and the other two he was due to fix. He was also very complimentary about the decor of the property too which was nice; there are some outstanding issues with the house that I am in touch with the business for, the service manager is supposed to be contacting me this month.

Malc Tall was out our property today and yesterday fixing a long list of snagging issues. His customer service and level of workmanship is exemplary! His finish is better than the original contractors! Nothing was too small for him to fix and he took the time to listen to me and my issues, something Strata has failed to do so far!

Abysmal treatment of residents. 3 times in a month access to our driveway has been cut off at short notice because 4 years later strata can't fix their shambles. Whole estate is unlit and works aren't communicated Workmanship is shoddy and the estate is consistently left unsafe. Avoid buying a house from Strata you will regret it

THINKING OF BUYING A HOME FROM STRATA??We have had numerous issues with build quality from Strata Homes over the past 2 years. In most instances we ended up dealing with these ourselves (eg poor carpets) at our expense. The latest is, however, more serious and certainly more frustrating. For many months we have been constantly chasing Strata "customer Care" dept concerning a drainage grate in the middle of our driveway which (we have been told ) is in danger of collapsing. If this happens it will not only damage any vehicle on it but will also render the drive unusable. We have been led to believe that there are several problems with driveways on this Strata 360 site at Chesterfield. On viewing the photos we sent to Strata and relaying the comments made by the large Tarmac Company who did the roads on the estate, Strata admitted a repair was needed BUT constantly continue to "fob" us off with a variety of excuses. On 3 occasions we were advised that their agents Bromley's would be doing the work on a certain week but on each occasion they failed to turn up. Strata are very good at blaming other people with their "lame excuses" We cannot believe that their customer care dept can just continually ignore problems with their blatent excuses. HAVING READ LOTS OF OTHER SIMILAR COMMENTS ON TRUST PILOT, WE NOW REALISE IT IS THEIR POLICY.GREAT ON SALES BUT AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE THE SITE OWNERS ARE FORGOTTEN

Well , where do I start ? Firstly I’ve got better things to do than have to resort coming on here (again ) this time it’s my bathroom fan & front door ! To cut a long story short , South Electrical have been twice to my extractor fan . It turns out on their first visit the fan wasn’t even connected to the air duct hence all the steam ! They re-connected it but had to return & the electrician advised I’d need a new fan and I didn’t have to do anything he would return 2 weeks later and replace . After waiting in all day he never returned . That was 6 weeks ago . I complained to Strata and Sarah Jayne was looking into this . She seemed very good and said don’t worry if you don’t hear from me I will sort it . Eventually I did email again and got an automated response , she’s left ! I contacted the general email again not very happy no one has thought to pick her cases up and contact customers , and a lady called Mags emailed . I told her everything and she has read my email and a subsequent one but hasn’t bothered to respond . I’m quite staggered at the lack of service and attitude and no one seems accountable when things go wrong , it’s almost like we as customers post sales do not exist ! Then my front door that Sarah Jayne was looking into , my hall is so cold the door has a gap and has dropped .All I want is good customer service nothing more , I would like an appointment for the fan & door please . I get the feeling your waiting for my warranty to expire which is soon but I will not let this pass , it’s been ongoing for some time ! Don’t get me wrong I have had good experiences , but the bad ones like this leave a terrible customer experience , I await your response ! Thankyou
