After a frustrating and disputing time, we finally had our freezer replaced.Jeff and Malc attended to replace our old freezer with a new one.Both Jeff and Malc went above and beyond to rectify the issue, doing more than just removing and replacing.They listened to our concerns and adapted the installation to help avoid further issues.Can’t thank them both enough.Also, aftercare team for listening to my constant moans and groans.

Strata do not even respond to all of the reviews placed on here, Anthem is a mess and they let houses close to their show home look a mess. Not a good look and shows how little they actually care about the homes, the development or the people who invest in the area.It is great to see neighbouring developments look smart and presentable, I would encourage potential buyers to look there. Absolutely shocking letting agent. Family who owned the property waltzed in and out of the flat with no notice with random family members joining them to look at the property and spoke in a different language from myself and the other tennants when they were there. Stay well clear

Moved into our Madrid on the attraction site in May 2023 the sales experience and the site team was exceptional James Lorna and Beth Thankyou very much. After moving over to customer services after 12 weeks things changed and not for the better. The kitchen has been a joke to the point where now left with no freezer because it has been poorly installed and sat propped up on plasterboard wow. Apparently there have been a national shortage of the internal doors that come as standard with the spec. Over a year later and been told 4 times there on order they are managing to fit the doors they can’t source on plots that aren’t even occupied yet, customers services reply to this … your lucky you have matching doors in your property some people haven’t, there proceeding to install doors on unoccupied properties to not increase the backlog. How can they prioritise unoccupied properties. All in all the customer service is not what I had hoped for or expected.

After reserving our plot almost 2 years ago the whole process has been outstanding. Firstly Kelly was extremely helpful when we were first looking at the houses which at the time was off plan and helping guide us up in till she left. Since Sarah took over she has been amazing. You couldn’t ask for anymore. She has put up with us being impatient, and kept us updated throughout the whole journey up to completion on the 10th May. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and build quality of the house and the site team Daz & Ali have been extremely helpful since moving in. You couldn’t ask for more. From all the New Build builders we have looked at Strata is the best!

Everyday when see Barry in my area is always a pleasure. Happy bloke always happy to help. The time I saw him was a while back and asked how was going and a few bits needed doing. On his break he came and fitted the proper screws and the wall plugs for the toilet roll holder as it was fitted badly! He is an honor to have for the company, customer service always 100% he looks after you amazing!

Bo!!! She is amazing and without her i dont think we could have achieved our dream. She has been there from the moment we started on our strata journey. I cant praise her enough. When we walked in to the promise site at bolsover and saw the oporto we never thought it could become a reality but Bo was the 1st person that greeted us and right from that moment she believed it was possible. 4 months later Bo handed us the keys to our brand new oporto home at cherish shirland. And what a home it is. We absolutely love it!!! One last thing…we went to see the house every weekend from november until we got the keys in December and not once did she say we couldnt visit or get fed up of us just turning up. We are going to miss her beautiful smile every day but i am sure we will stay in touch. Thank you Bo for making our dream come true 😊🏡

I bought a strata house in 2017, and looking to upgrade, so when a new strata development popped up near us we went to have a look and fell in love! Betty the sales agent @ Dream development was absolutely amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond for us, always quick to answer any questions and get us answers and nothing was too much trouble! I would always recommend strata, they are such high quality builders, from the finish on their houses to their customer service, we couldn't fault them!
