Trustpilot4 years later and the road around our parcel is still not complete.
Unfortunately after more than 4 years we are still waiting for the area around our Attraction parcel B, to be completed. Our road was surfaced a year ago and we are finally seeing the shared main road / paths completed. However, after reviewing the list of works to be completed and speaking to the contractors, the other entrance to our parcel which Strata is solely responsible for is not on the list of works. The paths are dangerous, kerbs are cracked / incomplete. The road surface isnt fit for purpose to the point where many people avoid using this entrance. It's been like this for more than a year now, yet Strata have just abandoned it.

Jeff has been round today and fixed everything within the house I’ve had issues getting sorted for weeks he’s got me a new oven in sorted my door out and even sealed my tiles he’s then gone and asked for a skip to be brought onto my drive for my rubbish couldn’t have been anymore lovely throughout the time he was here sorting everything and has taken a massive stress of my back so just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jeff at strata for everything he has done
