Shockingly poor customer service. Disinterested in rectifying mistakes made during construction. Scaffolding has been up at the front of my propery for over 3 months without once being inspected to ensure safety. Wrong parts order, timelines made up as they go along. Has put me off ever considering a new build property again, once you are in and outside of the warranty period you are clearly of very little significance as a customer to companies like Strata. Avoid

He did a great job and his work is excellent. He also arranged to get the guys on site to finish the outside. Finally we get the door & finish we should have had in the first place . I emailed Strata and they sent a few people to check the source of the leak including David Innes. Finally today we had David again over to paint over the spot now that the issue has been sorted. I have always been pleased with Strata customer service and can hardly fault them since I first been in contact with them 3 years ago to buy our first home. When I move again, I am hoping Strata will have another development nearby so I can buy from them again. I truly 100% recommend Strata.

Jeff is a nice, friendly, polite, helpful and professional engineer. He helped me to sort out all the cracks, nail pops, sanding and painting work. I’m glad to have him help me fixing the things in my house. Last time he just drove past my house and saw me have problems to close my front door. He stopped his car and came to me and asked me if I needed any help. The door was too tight and I couldn’t close it. He quickly took out some tools and helped me to solve the problem. That was my first time to meet him and I didn’t even know his name. This week Strata assigned him to come to my house and he did the work incredibly! Now I know his name, Jeff!

We bought one of the last houses to be completed on the development, however 4 years later we are still living on a construction site. • Roads are unfinished • Pavements are dangerous• The community centre we looked forward to using for children’s parties etc is still unopened.• The green spaces are an eyesore, they are not maintained and are overgrown.• The main road to our home has been closed for months, resulting in queues in and out of the estate at peak hours. We were not notified that it would be closed at all!Despite relentless communication with Strata customer service with responses such as “we will share updates when we receive them” IT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! Strata are still yet to resolve a strip of land directly opposite our house that, according to plans, should be hard standing yet this is an overgrown eyesore. We raised this with them a few months after moving in and still we look out to overgrown land that no one is maintaining and despite showing Strats the original plans they have not addressed this issue, not that we are surprised anymore!They blame Yorkshire Water & the Parish Council for the delays, the last correspondence in March 2024 stated the community centre would be handed over the following month. 4 years later and little presence on site, we no longer have any faith in your “updates”. Your timeline has changed multiple times and the latest update is already behind schedule.We don’t want a copied and pasted answer, we want what we paid for! Millions of pounds taken, yet you haven’t given us what we have paid for! We want the street scene like those you continue to share on your social media.

I bought my property from Strata on the ring road estate in Leeds and have had nothing but lacklustre customer service from this housing provider for a year. They’ve ruined my grass area of my house my installing substandard materials and now refuse to come up with a suitable solution to fix it or even give me a timeline let alone show a remorse.AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DO NOT BUY OTHERS HAVE HAD WORSE PROBLEMS ON MY ESTATE WITH BAD WORKMANSHIP
