We were able to organise a viewing and receive a response to offer within 24 hours and were then able to move into a beautiful property in highgate in 10 days from offer. Joel and the team worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the move in was smooth and that the flat was in an excellent condition prior to us moving in. They have ensured the moving process was as tireless as possible for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property in the area.

GoogleAmazing and professional firm. Joel is really hard-working and went out of his way to find me a new rental property, and I have nothing but good words to say about him and the firm. Joel is professional, friendly, hard-working with very prompt communication and answers all queries quickly, which is a very nice bonus in an uncertain market where flats go quickly. He even replied after work hours to make sure I would be able to put down an offer for the flat I wanted. Fantastic service from a firm that clearly goes the extra mile for their clients. GoogleWe have finally completed on our purchase. We are becoming quite experienced buyers, but it takes a lot of good spirit from several parties to get through a 16 month purchase, with the whole lease needing to be re-written and a change of solicitors in the middle of it all. I am so pleased Stonebridge & Co was the estate agent as they were absolutely fantastic, the perfect balance of a friendly chase, understanding, patience and professionalism. A lot of frustrations were calmed down along the way and for that I am grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great estate agent.

If I could give less than one star I would.This is a cowboy company, using cheap subbies to do a shoddy job.From daily harassment pre completion, to not offering a pre plaster walk around and then having to sign a waiver so we could complete on time it’s been a stressful time. 4 months after moving in, snagging list gets longer by the day and the site manager is never helpful, always saying things will be done but they rarely are. Buy elsewhere, these aren’t worth the hassle.Cavendish Grange, Bolsover!

We purchased a new build , well where can i start , the bath, 1st time i used it ,pulled the plug and the water trap under the bath wasnt connected properly , gallons of water flooded the kitchen , ceiling was wrecked, stone work not plumb or flush , joints inconsistent, internal doors were made of cardboard, skirting board also made of compressed paper, uneven foors, poor joinery, garden full of rubble , NEVER BUY A NEW BUILD, until these greedy cowboys get it right .

We have lived in our Jones Home for 6 months and are generally very pleased with it. Yes there have been snags which have been seen to but nothing major. We have found the sales staff and site people quite friendly and helpful and willing to listen to any concerns.The site is still being developed so there are delivery lorries and machines operating most days but we haven't found that to be any problem. We find living in Ribbleswood Chase very pleasant and generally quiet and are glad to find a nice small development within our known area which at the moment is being developed at an alarming rate with quite large and sprawling estates.

Nothing but professional and helpful throughout our purchase.The specification is like nothing else in the area.The show homes look wonderful, but there are a few cosmetic snags still to tidy up still but I’m sure that will be done in no time.It’s a beautiful position on the edge of Kendal, soooooo happy 😃

Absolutely shocking.Customer Service ,What is that?.Purchased a property with a garden that has bumps (waves)like the ocean,Neighbours gardens completely sodden and flooded.Grass is the cheapest possible backing showing throughout.Jones like to do a “60 minute makeover”(smoke and mirrors springs to mind).Its to give you the view of everything being perfect, but Underneath everything is done on the cheap.Amtico with no Damp proof membrane, any fitter would advise this is done on a new build!!.Take your money and run.Customer service ignore you for weeks and weeks.One neighbour contacted Mr Jones for him to basically not care at all.What a fantastic business you are running.!!!!.We wish we hadn’t given you a penny. All gardens are now being redone and a lot of flooring where people have bought through Jones are being replaced.And you want to give this company your money?.

I bought the home, 3 years ago and now I can easily realise that most of the stuff used and work done is very low quality, from the garden fence to my toilet flush :( several things has already broken down :(
