Over the last few months, Alex has worked tirelessly to stay in touch with us, the sellers and the solicitors and served as a happy go-between making sure things kept moving smoothly and in the right direction. During the stressful process of selling our house they made everything easy, clear and explained all along the way. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Organised to see a property to let. Property was let out in meantime. No communication to cancel visit. They claim voicemail left but not on my phone. Still sent reminder text on the day of appointment to attend. Drove 2 hours to view property to obviously find nobody there.

Stapleton Derby estate agent provided excelled service in the process of my house purchase. It has been a pleasant time with them. They offered additional viewings and all ways there to support me thought the process of the purchase. They even liaised with the vendor on my behalf to bring the cost down on the property. The handover of keys was very good too. I certainly recommend Stapleton Derby for anyone to purchase their property through them.

Have just completed my parents house sale which wasn’t easy but Sue has been amazing, always there when needed whether for an update or advice. Also Stephen who was amazing too and so helpful. All in all they have made this process so much easier with their caring professional way. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleAs a landlord they offer a dismal service. Where do I start? Very responsive at the beginning, but once you hand your money over that stops. They take days to get back to you and you must do all the chasing; there were several times where I would send THREE emails about something before I got a reply. I had to increase the rent my myself after doing my own research. Jobs didn’t get done - one job they said they did, and after 3 weeks of chasing them, they admitted they forgot. I was ALWAYS chasing them; they don’t do anything at all except take your money. Then to top it all off, when my tenant handed in their notice, they DID NOT tell notify me until a week later, so instead of the usual 4 weeks’ notice, I only had 3 to get a new tenant in, how can they not realise that is would be a priority?? When I decided to move away they didn’t even do the final inspection properly. The photos were of very poor quality and I didn’t notice that my house had been damaged. I only found this out from the NEW letting agent, as they did a proper inspection and showed me all the damage the tenant had done, but by now, the keys had already been handed over. Negligence at its finest! They also sneaked in extra fees about halfway through my term. It was all legal, it was just sneaky, and I missed it because it was just a one liner hidden right in the middle of a usually boring email. You could blame that on me, but really, if they were transparent, they’d have sent a separate email about it, or opened the email with that instead of hiding it halfway trough. Shady sales tactics stay away.
