TrustpilotI would highly recommend Stapleton Derby(Rainhill)…
I would highly recommend Stapleton Derby (Rainhill) estate agents. Stephen Duffy and all the staff at the Rainhill branch were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, professional, and kept us fully informed during the sale of our house, which was processed and completed without any issues and at a reasonable price. They provided an excellent service for which I am grateful.
So pleased you’re happy with our service, thanks for the glowing review!

TrustpilotStapleton Derby fantastic Estate Agency.
Stapleton Derby was our fourth real estate agency. Unlike all our previous agencies, we've been very happy from the start because they are very attentive, responsible, and very professional. I highly recommend them; they respond to emails almost within the minute, and for those looking for a new home, they are efficient and inspire a lot of confidence. I want to thank them for their kindness, and I feel confident that my first home has become a reality. To June Lee and all the staff at Stapleton Derby, thank you very much, and I hope you have much success, because you truly deserve it.
We really appreciate your kind review! It was a pleasure helping you during this process.

TrustpilotBought through Stapleton Derby Rainford
We very recently bought a house advertised through Stapleton Derby Rainford and could not be happier with the services received. June and Alex have been fantastic right from the very start. They offered great advice, kept us updated of the latest additions to the market and once we found our dream home, pushed to get things through as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. They worked tirelessly and kept us well informed at every stage. We are extremely grateful and would use them again in future if we move again (although we are hoping to have many happy years here).

GoogleI viewed a property loved it and made the full asking price offer with in the next half hr I received a phone call telling me it was offers over said price after bringing it to there attention they then changed the add to offers over !!!!!! Then told me I was out bid this is in my opinion and many others including the liverpool echo and st helens reporter false advertising to get more people viewing if I could give them 0 stars I would they are a totally despicable sales agent not to be trusted
Hi Paul, Whilst we are obviously disappointed with your review the facts are that the property was advertised at the Sellers request and then amended at the sellers request following high demand. We are sorry that you have had a poor experience and wish you well in your property search.

GoogleA huge thank you to Sue and Stephen at the St. Helens branch for managing my sale with such professionalism. They truly break away from the traditional estate agent approach, and I honestly don’t think I could have done it without them. They kept me fully informed every step of the way and treated me like a friend rather than just a number. They always go out of their way to help, an exceptional team!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really glad you had a positive experience with us and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

TrustpilotSupportive and efficient service
The St Helens office recently handled the sale of my family home following my divorce. The house was sold within 4 months and the service provided by the whole team was excellent and extremely efficient. However, praise must go to Sue Bradley who went above and beyond to support me emotionally during the process and made a difficult time for me a little less stressful.
