Fantastic service

Would like to thank Sue Bradley of the St Helens office for her true professionalism, empathy and for keeping us up to date during my property sale. I received fantastic service from this company from start to finish. Dan Roblin the valuer he also made the process speedy in getting it on the market, taking photos immediately. I would 100 percent recommend this company to anyone. It's not often these days you receive this kind of attention. Many thanks Sue Collins

Thank you June

We changed to Stapleton Derby having had poor service from another local estate agents. June at Stapleton Derby was fantastic. Always available and spent time advising us throughout. We had a few sales fall through (no fault of Stapleton Derby) which was difficult but June stuck at it and convinced us to do the same. It certainly worked as we finally completed recently. Thank you June! Adam & Ann-Marie

Probate sale

Stephen Duffy and Georgia Nicholas were so helpful during the probate sale of my Dad's house. The photos & narrative showed the property off beautifully and emphasised its positive features. Stephen ensured potential buyers were aware of the potential of the property and possible ways to upgrade it. He advised us on which buyers were in the best position to proceed and ensured that only genuine buyers viewed the property. He even popped in every week when the property was vacant to ensure we complied with the insurance policy. I would highly recommend them from start to finish.

Sale of Rainford property

Hi, I would just like to thank Dan June and Sam for their professionalism from start to finish on our recent house move. We will still be buying in Rainford (the house we have chosen our buyers are yet to find a property) . We will certainly be using Stapleton and Derby for that sale too, Hopefully in the very near future.

House sale

June and Alex were very helpful during my sons recent sale process as he was out of the country. The process from the offer to completion would have been alot quicker if it was not for St Helens council taking so long with the Local Search. As soon as the search completed it was all hands on deck and completed in 4 days thanks to everyone pulling together. Thank you June from a relieved mum.

The team at Stapleton Derby provided an excellent service

The team at Stapleton Derby provided an excellent service helping what could have been a stressful sale into a relatively smooth one. Dan was very enthusiastic when he came to value the property and spotted its potential immediately. June, in the Rainford Office, in particular kept me informed and liaised with the buyers updating me with information.

Excellent estate agent

We chose Stapleton Derby to facilitate the sale of our dad’s house after he passed away. Our point of contact was Sophie, who was really lovely and a pleasure to deal with. She always came back to us to keep us fully updated at all stages of the sale. She made things much easier for us during our bereavement, which took away the stress of the situation. Would highly recommended using this firm for anyone looking for an estate agent.
