We have had an excellent experience with Stapleton Derby again. The team is always responsive and helpful throughout the letting process. Every question or concern was answered quickly and we felt like we were guided through the process. They were proactive in resolving minor issues quickly and they truly care about both tenants and landlords. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. Organised to see a property to let. Property was let out in meantime. No communication to cancel visit. They claim voicemail left but not on my phone. Still sent reminder text on the day of appointment to attend. Drove 2 hours to view property to obviously find nobody there.

GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first house and have no complaints about using Stapleton Derby. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and acted as a great intermediary between us and the vendors. June went on annual leave during the transaction and there was a seamless transition between her and Taylor. This really helped in the continuity of communication. When it came to pick up our keys, they had prepared a lovely box of goodies that made the occasion even more special. I would recommend them to anyone.
