TrustpilotSale of Rainford property
Hi, I would just like to thank Dan June and Sam for their professionalism from start to finish on our recent house move. We will still be buying in Rainford (the house we have chosen our buyers are yet to find a property) . We will certainly be using Stapleton and Derby for that sale too, Hopefully in the very near future.

TrustpilotThank you June
We changed to Stapleton Derby having had poor service from another local estate agents. June at Stapleton Derby was fantastic. Always available and spent time advising us throughout. We had a few sales fall through (no fault of Stapleton Derby) which was difficult but June stuck at it and convinced us to do the same. It certainly worked as we finally completed recently. Thank you June! Adam & Ann-Marie

TrustpilotExcellent estate agent
We chose Stapleton Derby to facilitate the sale of our dad’s house after he passed away. Our point of contact was Sophie, who was really lovely and a pleasure to deal with. She always came back to us to keep us fully updated at all stages of the sale. She made things much easier for us during our bereavement, which took away the stress of the situation. Would highly recommended using this firm for anyone looking for an estate agent.

GoogleAfter a viewing, we tried ringing and emailing, no one came back to us for a full day. Viewings are a waste of time if when you want to apply no one comes back to you. Wouldn’t recommend!

GoogleFollowing a terrible experience with another property agent i was fortunate enough to find a suitable property with Stapleton Derby, and im so glad i did. The staff have been fantastic, Freya in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with, even with me asking many questions and changing plans a couple of times she was helpful and understanding and went out of her way to ensure everything was a stress free as possible. Stapleton derby are an example to all letting agents of how it should be done. Thanks Freya and everyone at Stapleton derby . 5 stars
