GoogleAfter a viewing, we tried ringing and emailing, no one came back to us for a full day. Viewings are a waste of time if when you want to apply no one comes back to you. Wouldn’t recommend!

GoogleFollowing a terrible experience with another property agent i was fortunate enough to find a suitable property with Stapleton Derby, and im so glad i did. The staff have been fantastic, Freya in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with, even with me asking many questions and changing plans a couple of times she was helpful and understanding and went out of her way to ensure everything was a stress free as possible. Stapleton derby are an example to all letting agents of how it should be done. Thanks Freya and everyone at Stapleton derby . 5 stars

GoogleBrilliant experience with this firm. Right from the start, from booking a viewing, making an offer, then right up until completion, Stephen was just amazing! As first time buyers, this was all new to us but Stephen kept in touch throughout the whole process, gave us regular updates, advice and was totally honest, realistic and transparent about the whole process/expected timelines etc. Greatly appreciated for 2 newbies to the housing market. We came to collect our keys today and were welcomed by all the team at Stapleton Derby St Helens branch. Everyone made an effort to chat with us gave us all the info we needed for our new house and then gave us a beautifully thought out little New Home package. 🥰 Amazing customer service throughout. Thank you Stephen for all your help and for being an absolute pleasure to speak with through our buying experience.x

GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Stapleton Derby highly enough! From the very start, Dan was a standout, informative, approachable, and incredibly skilled at guiding my property to market with expertise. The sale in all honesty was a nightmare caused by the below chain solicitors however Sue was brilliant throughout and went above and beyond in chasing the rest of the chain and regularly keeping me in the loop with emails and phonecalls. Nothing is to much for the guys at Stapleton Derby and they are by far the best estate agents I have encountered. Thanks again to Dan, Sue and the rest of your Team !!!

GoogleI viewed a property loved it and made the full asking price offer with in the next half hr I received a phone call telling me it was offers over said price after bringing it to there attention they then changed the add to offers over !!!!!! Then told me I was out bid this is in my opinion and many others including the liverpool echo and st helens reporter false advertising to get more people viewing if I could give them 0 stars I would they are a totally despicable sales agent not to be trusted

GoogleAs a landlord they offer a dismal service. Where do I start? Very responsive at the beginning, but once you hand your money over that stops. They take days to get back to you and you must do all the chasing; there were several times where I would send THREE emails about something before I got a reply. I had to increase the rent my myself after doing my own research. Jobs didn’t get done - one job they said they did, and after 3 weeks of chasing them, they admitted they forgot. I was ALWAYS chasing them; they don’t do anything at all except take your money. Then to top it all off, when my tenant handed in their notice, they DID NOT tell notify me until a week later, so instead of the usual 4 weeks’ notice, I only had 3 to get a new tenant in, how can they not realise that is would be a priority?? When I decided to move away they didn’t even do the final inspection properly. The photos were of very poor quality and I didn’t notice that my house had been damaged. I only found this out from the NEW letting agent, as they did a proper inspection and showed me all the damage the tenant had done, but by now, the keys had already been handed over. Negligence at its finest! They also sneaked in extra fees about halfway through my term. It was all legal, it was just sneaky, and I missed it because it was just a one liner hidden right in the middle of a usually boring email. You could blame that on me, but really, if they were transparent, they’d have sent a separate email about it, or opened the email with that instead of hiding it halfway trough. Shady sales tactics stay away.

GoogleMy partner and I have just bought our first house and have no complaints about using Stapleton Derby. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and acted as a great intermediary between us and the vendors. June went on annual leave during the transaction and there was a seamless transition between her and Taylor. This really helped in the continuity of communication. When it came to pick up our keys, they had prepared a lovely box of goodies that made the occasion even more special. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleBoth June and Taylor were amazing throughout the whole process, kept us up to date and went above and beyond when my mum passed away suddenly in rhe middle of the selling process. Would highly recommend them to anyone, they have really looked after the family, in what has been a very stressful and upsetting time.
