I would like to share my experiances with you about my dealings and current dealings with Rachel and Charlie at Spencers Estate Agents in Rugby. I have 3 properties which they manage superbly. Never in my 2 years in dealing with the Manager Rachel or Charlie have I had a single problem. From beginning to end they have held my hand throughout, whah should be a stressful process. It’s so simple and easy that I do not have to worry about anything. A fruitful, prosperous and a long working relationship is what I forsee going forward.

Having had dealings with several estate agents over the years, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by "Spencers". They were one of the most helpful companies I have come across. In particular I would like to specifically thank Alana and Ruth of the Blaby office as they went over and above general service levels in helping my aged father who found everything a little overtaxing. They remained calm, caring and still efficient. Going out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for an old man. I can not speak for all branches, but would expect to find a similar service. Therefore would not hesitate to recommend this company.
