GoogleI have had the pleasure of having my mortgage arranged for my house purchase with Cem from Spencers Wigston office. One simple word to describe him.. 'Amazing'. Nothing was too much for him and during a long and very difficult house buying process, he has been a star. Firstly, he was able to get me a great mortage offer and always made time to contact me and explain everything thoroughly. Very professional, very friendly. He even made the effort to contact me on numerous occasions just to see how I am getting on.. I found that absolutely wonderful! I could write paragraphs about how great he has been. Anyone who obtains his services should consider themselves in very good hands! I will definitely be using him in the future and will be recommending Cem to friends and family. Thank you Cem! GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of using Gem to help set up my mortgage and couldn’t be more impressed with his help. He made the whole process easy even though it was during yet another lockdown but the systems he uses makes it feel as though you are sat together going through everything. Thanks to Gem I’ve got a brilliant deal and can not recommend him enough. He’s also a super lovely person, very easy to talk to and in my opinion one of the best I’ve worked with in terms for helping with mortgages. GoogleDo not go with spencers, they have messed around a family of four with two children under two for months now. They have refused to give us our holding deposit back even though the only reason we can't get the flat is because they have pushed back the date, made us homeless as all our stuff is in storage in rugby hours away from my partners parents who we are staying with on their couch. We have tried to ring them countless times about our property for updates and always received their voicemail. Living out of our car and sofa surfing for the past 2 months all because they lied about the move in date just to get us to sign and pay money only then to have the date pushed back for months with no explanation. They have said to us that they had lost our paperwork and made excuse after excuse, when I asked to speak to the director they fobbed us off with a complaint procedure which will probably take as long as our flat had. Absolutely disgusting customer service, not family friendly and do Not recommend. Will be posting on all social media platforms I have and so will family and friends. I will be writing a formal complaint to the company's director and whoever is above them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAvoid them !!! They let you see a house without saying that they want to give it to someone else, your partner is taking a day off from his job... you come to see it... and you hear the agent how is talking to the next door neighbor that they will not give the house to you ! So, for what reason they still invite you there at first hour in the morning ??? :))) Doesn t matter if you both work 40h per week.. if you have good " history"in this country... they are just making fun of your time and your trust ! They could save our time saying from the start that they are racist or that they found already a person for that house ! In this way... my daughter will not end with a broken heart after they even gave me the papers to sign... thinking that she will start to live there where she saw all those nice kids and that beautiful garden ! Total lack of professionalism !!!

GoogleSpencer's re let a flat for me in the city centre with a good quick result and all handled Ok. Rosie was particularly willing and helpful to resolve issues. Only negative is the Countrywide central management office really lets the local office down, they are just poor unfortunately.PositiveResponsiveness
