GoogleSpace Lettings were one of several agents we contacted after relocating from overseas. We needed a short term lease close to the new home we were renovating. The team were efficient and friendly and guided us through the process in a very transparent manner. They found us a fantastic property and helped to speed the process along allowing my family to move in without any delay. Leaving was just as easy and all went smoothly. During our stay at the property, the team were quick to answer any queries and support with any issue that arose. Thanks to the team and would definitely use Space Lettings again. Highly recommended.

GoogleI switched over to Space Lettings as an owner, before it opened its office on London Road. There are many reasons for its successful expansion beyond St Albans, too. In contrast to competing firms, where I endured overpriced services for high agency commissions, it has always offered prompt professional service, in short reliable.

GoogleWe are incredibly pleased with the service from Space Lettings. Laura was very helpful during the time of letting and she quickly respond to any questions. I am very grateful to Jeremy who helped us when we were locked out from our flat at 12.00 pm. He came to the property within half and hour and gave us a new key. Jack is an another amazing man who always helped us for all the maintanance issues. Very professional and amazing team. Would recommend space lettings to anyone.

Their communication for all matters relating to tenant sourcing, selection and management, together with property maintenance, have always been timely and cost effective. I was so pleased with the service I received, that, as a director of the Limited Company, I recommended that we appoint them to manage the Block, which they have undertaken efficiently and cost effectively for many years. They can call on a range of specialist skilled workers to address whatever problems arise, in a timely manner, and do so with a friendly efficiency, patience and politeness too! Thank you Space Lettings & Space Property Management! A well deserved 5 stars!
