GoogleWe've been using Space Lettings for many years, right from the start in fact & always over the moon with their professional, efficient & friendly service. Katie is great to work with & has found me a number of great rental tenants over the years. Would 100% recommend their services, I wouldn't go any where else!

GoogleMy property has been managed by Space for a number of years and they have always gone above and beyond to assist. They are a stark difference in friendliness and professionalism compared to the previous management agency - which is such a welcomed relief. I am in the process of selling our property at the moment and their compassion about the stressfulness of the process has been incredibly helpful. I have been working with Jeremy on this and he and colleagues have always been quick to respond to try and assist how they can. Brilliant company.

GoogleExcellent service from Space since they took over our buildings management. Maisie is always quick to answer any queries and provide solutions. We have been very impressed with how quickly any issues have been sorted and it is very reassuring knowing that we have such an effective & efficient team to call if we have a problem. GoogleSpace have been our managing agents after we replaced our previous agents that had provided an inadequate service. All the team at Space have always been quick to respond, kept costs at a reasonable level, and provided us with decent quality contractors when works have been carried out. Jeremy Rich recently was on call all weekend to help solve the problem of a burst water main that looked like it was getting out of control, and helped us to secure a contractor to fix the problem immediately. Maisie Vincent is our excellent block manager, she responds promptly to any issues and "gets the job done". Maisie has gone above and beyond recently by providing constant support in helping us to deal with a very difficult problem tenant, remaining professional and calm throughout what was a very challenging two year period, until the tenant was served notice. I cannot thank Maisie enough for the support she gave myself, other directors and residents at this upsetting time. I would thoroughly recommend Space for all property matters, whether it be block management, lettings or sales.

GoogleIt’s stressful when you move home. Luckily with the help of Space Lettings, I went through a smooth move all the way through. Erin is patient, informative and attention to detail. She raised all pros and cons precisely to help us decide quickly in renting a suitable property. It shorten the home hunting journey in the most competitive market of the time. Zoe and her team are very responsive to every enquiry in all aspects during the process of renting. I appreciate their proactive approach in delivering after move service to us. Laura and Jack are willing to help and efficient. Highly recommend Space.

GoogleI am a tenant with Space Lettings and wanted to do a review on their out of hours service. I walked out of my flat with the wrong set of keys in my hand and therefore locked us out. I phoned Space Lettings (office was closed for the day as but there was an option to be put through to the out of hours service). Although completely inconvenient for Jeremy, he said to meet him at the shop and we’d be able to check if they had a key. This was 8:30pm/9pm on a Friday night. I was so appreciative of this service so that myself and my son could get back into our flat. Thank you!
