GoogleWe have instructed Space Lettings twice in the last couple of years and have been very pleased with their service. On each occasion they have found us good tenants at fair rents. Katie and her team have been helpful, speedy and efficient in their actions and communications and have been a pleasure to deal with. Their prices are fair.

GoogleWe have had a good experience overall with Space Lettings. Sometimes agents are not very responsive or interested when things aren't working/going right for the tenant, but we have found Space Lettings to be responsive and good with the communication. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is really that I wonder if there could be even better out there, though I am yet to experience it.
