GoogleOur house move was seriously delayed due to very poor communication below us in the chain and misinformation. Seymours gave us false hope of an exchange date several times which led to significant uncertainty and stress. On moving day Chris congratulated our buyer with a bottle in front of us and then would have to proceeded to ignore us had I not spoken to him first. GoogleWe had sold our home with another estate agent and had a property we were buying. Unfortunately the initial sale on our property fell through. We contacted Seymours, Addlestone and asked them to support the relisting of our property, explaining we had time constraints as we needed to sell ASAP so we could still purchase our onward home. They were fantastic and took on the mantal with aplomb. Although it got very pressurised, the team, especially Josh, took it in their stride and always faced the challenge with a smile and positive attitude. GoogleEarly on in the process we were disappointed to lose several buyers, one close to the exchange date. However it became apparent this was owing to the chaotic nature of the market caused by the stamp duty deadlines. Initially we were passed between a number of different Seymour representatives but once we were assigned a single point of contact (Josh) we had an excellent experience. Josh worked tirelessly to see the exchange through to completion. He was always good humoured, honest and went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the chain was chased up regularly to keep the process moving. GoogleJust a quick message and a special thank you for all the staff at Seymours Worplesdon for making mine and my wife’s dream come true of owning our very own dream house. We have had a few ups and downs on this journey but thanks to the help and support of Anne-Rie Naude and Luke Cox we finally got across the line and are now looking forward to our future as homeowners for the first time. I can’t thank them enough for their professional approach to buying not just a house, but what will be a warm loving home. Their constant presence and guidance through each step was amazing. Whether it was “out of hours calls” or “weekend emails” you always answered and replied, and kept us posted and up to date at all times with the purchase. I can honestly say they have taken the stress of finding, buying and moving in to our new home away from myself and my family and made this a pleasurable, securing experience. GoogleHaving had dealings with Seymours for many years, I recommended them to my son Robert and daughter in law Sarah who instructed them to sell their property and hopefully find them a larger property in the same area. They love the Merrow and Burpham area and wanted their two boys to stay at the same schools and move up to George Abbot in due course. They bought a property through Seymours, and at a difficult time throughout the COVID lockdowns, Tracey and Alex managed to keep all the parties onside and Robert and Sarah completed last month. They are really happy with their new house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to help you move in and around the Guildford area.

We have bought through them three times and sold twice, and every engagement with the team has exceeded our expectations. Most recently Seymours managed to secure our new home for our growing family, in a difficult market. Seymours valuations are realistic and never over inflated just to secure you as a client, every time we have sold with Seymour’s we have achieved asking price or more, because of their expertise and accurate valuations. Don’t be fooled by other agents who may over promise and under deliver! Seymours are always on hand with a friendly approachable team, and will guide you through the complexities of the buying and selling process, whether you’re a first time buyer, or downsizer! We would highly recommend the team time and time again. A particular mention to Tracey who has always been pivotal to our pleasant experience with the team and majority of our purchases and sales, and most recently Alex and Elisha who were fantastic with our recent sale and purchase.

GoogleVery pleasant communication experience with Luke. He is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Although I didn’t had good experience with the client service manager who dealt with my purchase case, Luke had sorted it out for me. So very happy to keep using Seymous as letting agency. They have good network and good letting team as well. Vinesh, Emily, people are nice and professional. The responses are usually swift. Happy with their service so far.
