GoogleSeymours sold my buy to let flat, they arranged a good number of viewings and were instrumental in the sale going through. The sale got stuck with lawyers and there were other issues. They were extremely proactive and responsive, including speaking to lawyers and mortgage brokers regularly and ironing out issues. Andy really did exceed our expectations, going above and beyond. GoogleBuying and moving to a new house is one of the most stressful things you can do especially in the UK with the awful conveyancing rules where a purchase can be delayed or fall through at any moment. However, working with the team at Seymours of Worplesdon certainly helped to make the process much smoother and easier during such a demanding time. Both Anne-Rie and Luke Cox did a fantastic job in keeping us updated and managing the whole buying process to get us through to a successful exchange and completion. They reponded quickly to emails and phone calls and often worked well after closing time to provide important updates. GoogleI would strongly recommend Seymours Estate agents in Burpham. Selling our house during the pandemic was challenging but they supported us, not only selling our house twice, the first sale fell through after we lost our buyers but securing our new home that was also on the market with Seymours. Finding the perfect family home was difficult, but Alex understood exactly what we were looking for and ensured that as new properties came to market we were one of the first to see them. Whilst our main point of contact was Alex, all the staff in the Burpham Branch go above and beyond to support all their clients.
