GoogleThe team at Burpham branch were really exceptional in their service delivery, communication and overall experience we received when purchasing our house at the end of 2021. Throughout the ups and downs of this sale and conveyancing queries we successfully navigated the bumps in the road together! A special mention goes to both Alex Codd on sales side and Clive Gee our Client Services Manager who relentlessly endeavoured to push things forward, communicated in a timely fashion and overall were just stars. Thank you guys. We were also touched by the small new home gift we were given as we collected the keys, such a nice touch and gesture we appreicated greatly. Hands down the sales team were the most knowledgeable about the property at the viewing and had more information than was available online. The initial viewing for the property that I purchased was one of the convincing points for buying the property.

GoogleA professional and helpful team throughout the selling process. The initial consultation with the branch manager Like was informative and reassuring. The sales team took care with the photos and writing a detailed description. After we had accepted an offer, the sales progressor Anne-Rie was great to work with. She kept on top of both the sale and the purchase of our new house on a weekly basis to make sure everything kept moving along.
