GoogleStarted looking at properties to rent in the Woking area. After the first initial enquiries We found ourselves dealing with Tom from Seymours who was attentive and responded to our needs with efficiency and speed. Pulling out all the stops to find us a property that would meet our needs and within budget. After loosing out on a couple of houses mainly due to the fact that we have a dog we managed to complete a deal on a house that is per friendly and within our timeframe. The team at Seymours is outstanding truly professional and on the ball. We contacted them with our requirements, and the letting negotiator, Dan Kontis, sent us a list of properties that matched our requirements. He arranged viewings, and everything from there was super well-coordinated with supreme grace through to the offer -no surprises.

She's very diligent and friendly, even though all communications were over email and phone! She even went above and beyond to make sure additional details were sent to me. Google(2022 Feb Update) Had another interaction with the staff today at Seymour's for our renewal. Like before a very good experience. A special mention for Tainey who went above and beyond to make sure our queries are resolved. (2019) Absolutely amazing letting agency by the far the best I have come across Would especially like to thank Luke and Sam burrows who have always been very helpful even once when we had an emergency on Sunday they sent over an emergency plumber who came and did the fix. Luke is an amazing salesman who understands and helps people get what they want.

Followed up by Amy who is now seeing my purchase through to completion π€ The whole team are friendly, helpful and they are always on hand for help and advice. And I believe that to be a βSeymoursβ thing as Mark and the team at the staines office sold my property and the service was equally as impressive! GoogleWe sold our property through Seymours and it sold relatively quickly despite the flat market being quite slow in recent years. Amy Krelle the Client Relationship Manager was a great help in getting the transaction over the line. She worked very hard up and down the chain to ensure everything got sorted and we were very grateful for her help.

GoogleThe team at Seymours were amazing from start to finish - special mention to Ben & Luca who brokered our sale and purchase, and then especially to Amy Krelle who helped us navigate an extremely long chain and kept things moving when it looked like it all might fall apart! GoogleSale of Flat: Just completed the sale of our Flat. Seymours were great - we got the price we wanted and they handled the viewings very professionally. However, extra special mention must go to Clarissa who helped the offer get through to completion despite a lot of legal hurdles set by the buyers very very fussy solicitors. Her patience and calmness were invaluable when the buyers were driving us potty ! Thanks much appreciated.

GoogleWe have been with Seymours since we first went on the market in June 2021. It's been a long road but we are hopefully about to move soon. The whole team have been brilliant but Lorenzo (our main contact) has been excellent at leading us through the whole process.
