GoogleMy recent experience with Seymour’s Woking far surpassed my expectations having had some bad experience with other agents. GoogleAmy Krelle helped us with the purchase of our first flat. Throughout the process Amy was friendly, responsive and helpful, chasing up the Seller and their solicitor as necessary to turn around a quick exchange and completion. We would definitely use Seymours again for our next move.

Archie who initially showed me the property was very friendly and professional, Claire, Tom and Clive made the whole process so easy and completely stress free. if in the future I want to sell I wouldn't consider using anyone else

We had some difficulties with one parties' solicitor during exchange and the Seymours team went above and beyond to get things over the line! GoogleVery professional and considerate agency. Will and Stefanie were brilliant when I first rented the property, so were Sedio and Lynne throughout the tenancy. I have had some real horror stories in the past and it was such a welcome change to work with an agency who treat both the landlords and tenants with such courtesy. Keep up the good work guys.

GoogleI have been renting through Seymours since 4 years now and they have been phenominal. Their service is excellent and they respond to all needs or requests immediately. I just rented a new property and they were incredible. Kim helped me get the contract sorted within several days. She was was brilliant in her support and I am deeply grateful that she managed to get my daughter and I the perfect place to live. I can highly recommend renting through Setmours in Godalming. They are truly an amazing team!

GoogleThe Seymour's team, particularly Stewart and Andy, have been massively supportive at a difficult time when we sold our late mother's house. They ensured we received significant interest in the property, which helped the sale to go through very smoothly. From the outset they were very positive about the house while offering practical and friendly support and advice, which also proved very helpful given we live an hour away from Godalming. The marketing material and drone video were both of exceptional quality and left us with some keepsakes to sit alongside our memories of the house.
