GoogleWe purchased our 1st property through Seymour’s Estate Agents Knaphill in 2013, the levels of service provided by Jeff and wider team to re sell in 2023 was amazing alongside the onward purchase of a property they were also listing. GoogleWe put our house for sale with Seymours Godalming, though it was tough time with rising interest rates. They have been arranging viewing despite of market situation. GoogleI have recently sold my house in Farncombe with Seymours who were strongly recommended as a friend had used them before. Andy and the team have been very helpful with any issues throughout the sale to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible both on my behalf and the purchaser. I was very impressed with the brochure and photographs used to sell the house. I am now using the Haselmere branch of Seymours to buy myself another property .

GoogleWe used Seymours for our house purchase and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process - very helpful and approachable! I particularly liked that they were always available to answer any phone calls/email queries on demand and helped us thoroughly throughout the process. The process has been smooth and Seymours were able to recommend solicitors and surveyors for our new home. Special thanks to James and Anna for helping me throughout the initial process of putting an offer down on a property and guiding me through the next steps. Also special thanks to Kirsty for all her help towards the end of the process and wrapping up exchange for us - Kirsty went the extra mile to keep us posted day by day on where we were at with the sale, and was there to help out at all times. GoogleSeymours have been fantastic. I worked with the Woking branch in particular. They really worked hard to turn around a dire situation. I can honestly say without their dedicated effort over a few crucial weeks, the sale would not have been completed.

GoogleAmy Sandys is an amazing Client relationship Manager! Her communication is amazing and you feel like you’re never being too much with any questions. Even with certain question that I did not understand, she took her time to explain everything in detail and why it’s needed. Her responses were always fast and so professional. She helped speed up the last stages of the process and was effective in doing so. She truly helped me get to the finish line in the end and if it wasn’t for her, it probably would’ve taken so much longer than it did. 5 stars for Amy!

GoogleI'm selling my flat through Seymours, and the buyer has had over a month's delay getting a mortgage agreed by his lender. Amy Sandys has politely and persistently chased the broker for weeks, probably saving the sale from falling through. She also sourced a building regulations certificate for the property which solicitors, the managing agent and the landlord were unable to track down, literally within minutes of my asking her. Whenever Seymours answer my phonecalls, the person at the other end can give me an up to the minute progress report within seconds. They are great people to deal with, and Amy in particular is a fine ambassador for the company - I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Seymours and had a really good experience. We viewed houses with a few different agents but the Seymours team were the best, we never felt they were pushy and they really took time to listen to us and work with us on what we wanted. Was rare to feel like someone was supporting us as the buyer when estate agents work for the seller! We had Spencer as our contact and he always went above and beyond to get us viewings, was really helpful and not too pressuring. And then after the offer was accepted the process was smooth and we felt very supported as first time buyers. Amy was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very glad the house we chose was up with Seymours.

GoogleFrom the very beginning of our search for a new home, Chris Ludlow at Seymours was incredibly helpful and supportive (...and patient... showing us some properties up to 3/4 times haha). When we eventually found the place we wanted to call home, Chris helped us complete the necessary offer forms and negotiate a price we were happy with to the seller. Once the offer was in, when you'd think estate agents may go quiet, I had weekly (sometimes daily !) chats with Chris and he introduced me to Clive Gee who was our main liaison for the ongoing sale. Clive was so tremendously helpful in making sure things were progressing between solicitors, and again spoke to us very often. We had a tight turnaround of only 3 months from offer to completion, and without the help of Chris and Clive, and their level of professionality and support, this may not have happened! Also a quick shout-out to Fiona who took us for a few viewings when Chris was unavailable, very warm and informative. Overall very satisfied and couldn't recommend enough... There are always horror stories when purchasing, and we've had bad experiences in the past with other estate agents, so we are so grateful to Guildford Seymours as it was a smooth process with lots of support on hand. 5* !
