The folks at Seymours have quite frankly been amazing. We entered what we all thought would be an easy sale, and it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. Then, when it looked like our second sale was also a bust, Krisy donned her superhero cape and fought relentlessly to pursue a completion, which we got thanks to her tireless efforts and infinite patience. Kudos to the team at Knaphill and Woking. Appreciate it. Recommended. Well structured and mannered dealings and communication. Posses ownership of the house hunt. Appreciable support in finding homes and suggesting available ones understanding what client is looking for. Readily reachable via email/ phone. Certain issue i found is some comments made in viewing are not true. Certain confirmations are made by assuming (may be this is person specific). So do confirm any such comments via mail and keep that as evidence in black&white so can vouch if any discrepancy later. Other than that haven't got any concerns or bad vibe with the team or the POC i was working with. Seymours was patient with the processing and did helped me on all my queries and handled well all the transactions with the sellers and conveyance.
