GoogleWe used Seymours to sell our late Mother's retirement flat in Addlestone. It has taken 3 long years to sell the flat due to COVID and the recession, but after a lot of hard work by the team at Seymours we have finally exchanged and due to complete in a couple of days. Seymours did not have the property for the 3 years, they took it on about a year ago and they worked very hard to get a buyer, and indeed when the chain broke they stood by the buyer and quickly re-sold her property, allowing the sale to go ahead. I was always able to get hold of the team, if I had to leave a message then someone got back to me, I had confidence and felt supported by the team.

GoogleI recently sold a house through Seymours West Byfleet. Although the market was not great through Summer '23, Seymours worked well to price the property, get the viewings, and sell it. Once sold the exchange/completion process took a while because of Buyer constraints and poor conveying choice, but through this period Seymours (Kirsty) did a great job in managing the process, validating the information and chasing/accelerating it as much as possible

GoogleAfter struggling to get any interest in my property I switched agents to Seymours West Byfleet in mid-Sept, and little over 2 months later the sale has been completed! My initial contact was with Matthew Swing who is likeable and decisive, and although price drops were required, this was a reflection of the market at the time, and his confidence at achieving a quick sale proved correct. My main contact after accepting an offer was Kirsty Haydon, Sales Progressor, and she definitely knows how to make matters progress, and swiftly! It is a long time since I've sold a property, so I don't know if all agents have a 'Kirsty' but she is clearly a huge asset to Seymours, as I have no doubt that the whole process would have taken much longer than 7 weeks without her. I was very lucky to have a lovely buyer, but Kirsty was a great 'go-between', and she chased both solicitors ceaselessly to achieve the tight deadline my buyer required. Many thanks to all at Seymours West Byfleet, but especially Kirsty!

GoogleSeymours West Byfleet was professional, dedicated, efficient, hard-working, and friendly throughout the process. Matt, Lucy, and Jake were excellent on sales, and Kirsty worked her socks off to get the sale over the line. I can't emphasise enough the value of Kirsty in the sales progression role, which is not a role provided by every estate agent. I didn't realise selling a house could be fun, and I'd thoroughly recommend Seymours.
