Initially Seymours seemed ok, but then the errors started to creep in such as leaving the property insecure, not managing the chain properly, which resulted in a 6 week delay which cost us money and finally handing out the key code to our buyer before the sale had completed. Nice enough people, but would not recommend

The transaction was certainly a very challenging one, with an inexperienced first-time buyer involved in the chain, who needed a lot of guidance, which was, unfortunately, not forthcoming from their solicitor. Our role is to act as a conduit between all parties, and we are often at the mercy of solicitors during, what can be, a very fragile conveyancing process. 5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Service From Start to Finish If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend Andy Crossley and the team at Seymours Godalming enough. Andy was always available to answer questions and proactively kept me updated every step of the process. I never felt out of the loop or uninformed. Beyond just being excellent at his job duties, Andy is also just a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Honest, friendly and committed to my goals as if they were his own. He really went above and beyond to make a typically stressful transaction as seamless as possible. I was buying a house through Seymours last year which sadly fell through (through no fault of theirs) and I have just successfully bought via them so I have more experience than most in writing this review! Andy and Seymours' industry knowledge combined with superior client care is truly second to none. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. The team at Seymours were excellent at helping us find a local property. Ian suggested properties to view which matched our brief and the team were very accommodating in helping us fit in viewings. They were very professional and not too pushy. They always got back promptly to answer questions, which hasn't been our experience with other estate agents. Would definitely recommend them.
