I've been a private tenant for many years and have rented both directly and through a variety of agents. I can't praise Seymour's enough for their customer service and efficiency. I'm lucky in that the property we've rented through them for the past five years was in top condition when we moved in. Both they and the landlord have been immediately responsive when any issues have arisen, (which, to be fair, hasn't been that often.) All safety and standards checks are regularly carried out by appointment. Staff are responsive, friendly and polite. Very highly recommended.

They have been excellent. Took the house details and arranged the photographer on the wednesday and the maisonette was sold the following Tuesday. We left a key with them and they arranged the viewings. We are still sorting out the paperwork but so far Seymours have made it a relatively painless process by guiding us through each step.
