GoogleWe’ve finally completed on the sale of our flat in Guildford, thanks to the hard work and perseverance from Seymour’s Guildford. After one buyer falling through due to mortgage challenges the team at Seymour’s jumped back in, found a new buyer and continued to push to finalise the sale. A special call out to Clive Gee, our Client Services Manager, who was with us all the way - a huge thank you Clive!

GoogleI had a lovely experience with Annalise Beer. She literally helped me (and she is still doing no) to step in into the new apartment in Woking and withouth her great flexibility and customer orientation I would have not been able to go through the whole in a smooth way . She is simply fantastic!

GoogleThe whole team at Woking Seymours worked together to get a sale of my house. It was a tricky sale given it was a leasehold, so a particular buyer had to be found and the team wasted no time in getting people through the door. Given it was a leasehold the freeholder was also involved with their solicitors, which increased legal proceedings and communication. Particular credit is given to Amy as the sales progressor who, not only was super responsive, but really pushed everyone to do their part in time and acted as the communication focal point between everyone. I couldn't have been happier, thank you!

GoogleThey were really responsive. Good communication, helpful. A little bit more preparation to know every details about the property they would like to sell will get the 5th star. (They knew the most about the property, just a few small details was missed, which can make difference in your decision). All in all, I would recommend them. (I dealt with Guildford branch)
