GoogleLike most people in England our house buying/selling process was...challenging, but this had nothing to do with the estate agent side of the process. I can honestly say that were it not for the team in Guildford, and primarily Clive, the process would have failed, the chain would have disintegrated, and my son would still be sleeping in our room. But, thanks in no small part to the team, we were able to resolve all of the problems within the chain, work around the problems, and move into a house where my son has his own room. So thank you! When the time comes in the future and we look to move, we will definitely be using Seymours

John single handedly restored my faith in estate agents, guiding me every step of the way. We had a remarkably fast turnaround of just seven weeks from offer to completion, which is almost unheard of, I’m certain it would have taken two or three times longer without John’s expertise and dedication. He not only recommended the right type of solicitors but also stayed on top of everything, consistently chasing them on my behalf and keeping me fully informed. I always knew exactly where we stood, with no need for second-guessing. On top of that, he provided fantastic renovation ideas for my project house and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with, making the typically stressful process feel smooth and even exciting. GoogleJust sold my property through Seymour’s and couldn’t fault the after sales team. John went above and beyond and made sure everything was running smoothly no matter what. He was always efficient with his responses and kept us updated daily with what is happening towards the end of the process. We had a few hiccups along the way but John kept me calm and put up with a few grumpy phone calls about my buyers solicitor. Very professional and experienced in all he does. Thank you John!
