GoogleAfter trying 3 different agents, Seymours got the job done for us. They were approachable, honest about the price and the market, and touched base regularly. The whole team from sales, to viewings and then chasing the solicitors did a great job, and would absolutely use again

GoogleNolan and Andie were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sale of the house, as a well as being patient and understanding of the complexities being managed. It’s often thought estate agents don’t add value, but without Nolan’s flexibility and Andie’s calm but tenacious approach, the sale would not have completed ahead of the SDLT deadline. That kept us (and the buyers, I’m sure) very happy. Thoroughly recommend them.

Kirsty in particular has been extremely personable, proactive and professional, and gone out of her way to make sure we feel fully up to speed with everything as we've gone through the process. GoogleSeymours west byfleet are excellent. We have sold twice and bought 3 times through them now and the service has always been brilliant. We have just completed on our recent purchase and even though it was a very difficult chain, Kirsty was amazing and kept us updated throughout. Lucy and Matt were also great. Highly recommend!

GoogleSeymours team have been nothing short of excellent in helping us sell our property in Pyrford. Estate agents can have a poor reputation, and having dealt with a few in other areas in our search for our next house, I can see why. Not so Seymours. Vince, Kirsty and the entire team advised us accurately, were prompt to act and react and were also the loveliest people to deal with at every step of our sale. They ironed out any unexpected bumps and remained calm and professional throughout. Once we went under offer, Kirsty took over and she was such a gem! She was there to support us all the way and was so responsive and a true professional. She was so knowledgeable and was able to guide us through some sticky situations and provide answers and reassurance. I can’t thank her enough for how she dealt with us and our sale and keeping all parties on track. She is a real asset to Seymour’s and a joy to interact with.
