Having recently completed the sale of our long term family home, we have no hesitation in recommending Joe Leonard and the team at Seymour’s Ripley . After careers spent working in professional services internationally, we had some reservations initially about selecting a smaller local unit. However the Seymours team offered unrivalled knowledge of the local market and an experienced team who were always well briefed and available to assist. Despite the usual offers of help from rival agents in what proved to be a difficult market initially, we were never tempted to switch. The Seymours team performed well throughout and even drew favourable comments from our eventual buyers for their role in the transaction. We would single out Joe for special praise and it is clear that the rest of the team follow his lead. Our sale encountered some curve balls towards the end and Joe’s help in dealing with the high level of of exasperation entailed was particularly valuable in reaching a satisfactory outcome.
