GoogleWe recently sold a property in burpham and used seymours. I recommend these estate agents as the staff in particular have local knowledge and have a lovely, helpful manner. They have efficiently dealt with the sale. It's a no brainer going with them to sell or buy.

GoogleIn a difficult market Lucy, Matt and Jake at West Byfleet Seymours worked so hard to show our house and find us the right buyer. A special mention to Sammy who came into our house move journey only in the last few weeks (and to Kirsty who preceded her). Sammy was tireless in her efforts to get us to exchange. Moving house in this country can be incredibly lengthy and stressful experience but Kirsty, Sammy and Paige never gave up chasing and went out of their way to keep us informed. We are truly grateful for the professional and proactive service we received from all and would highly recommend Seymours.

From finding a buyer at the start, to the sales progression team throughout, we couldn't have asked for a better experience - especially given we had a particularly challenging sale! GoogleA BIG thank you to James, Serena, Sandra and the rest of the team re selling our Mum's property. Excellent communication & always available to take calls, responds to emails etc. There were some stressful moments, however they dealt with all of it in a very supportive and professional manner. GoogleWe recently moved to Guildford and spoke to quite a few estate agents during our search. After a few viewings, it became clear that Seymours stood out, they really knew the area, had great insight into different streets, and quickly understood what we were looking for. The quality of the houses we saw with them was noticeably better too. Once our offer was accepted, they were super helpful and supportive all the way through to completion. We'd definitely recommend them, and when it's time for our next move, we'll 100% be using them again! Special thanks to Aaron and Andie, they were amazing!

GoogleWe had a very challenging situation with our house purchase and chain, and Seymours was absolutely fantastic at getting the situation resolved and the purchase completed. We were kept updated regularly throughout every step of the process and nothing was too much trouble. The service from the team was professional, personal and 5 star. In particular, our contact, Kirsty, was brilliant. We would definitely use Seymours in future.

GoogleHaving recently completed the sale of our long term family home, we have no hesitation in recommending Joe Leonard and the team at Seymour’s Ripley . After careers spent working in professional services internationally, we had some reservations initially about selecting a smaller local unit. However the Seymours team offered unrivalled knowledge of the local market and an experienced team who were always well briefed and available to assist. Despite the usual offers of help from rival agents in what proved to be a difficult market initially, we were never tempted to switch. The Seymours team performed well throughout and even drew favourable comments from our eventual buyers for their role in the transaction. We would single out Joe for special praise and it is clear that the rest of the team follow his lead. Our sale encountered some curve balls towards the end and Joe’s help in dealing with the high level of of exasperation entailed was particularly valuable in reaching a satisfactory outcome.
