I approached Seymours because there seemed to be more 'sold' properties in my area for Seymours than other agents. They offered me a rate lower than the other agents I had approached, and gave good justification for setting the asking price. My house went under offer on the first day of viewings, so clearly Seymours also had a good customer base of buyers. And all very professional service. Happy to recommend.

I have just completed on a house bought through Seymours Worplesdon - this was by far the most professional, friendly and honest estate agents I've ever dealt with. Joss was in charge of our transactions and was professional throughout - his communication was excellent, always timely and regular. I would definitely recommend Seymours and Joss in particular!

Have just completed on our property in Bellfields and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of Max and the team. They have kept us informed at every stage of the selling process, organised a successful open day and have tirelessly chased solicitors and mortgage companies to process the move as quickly and as stress free as possible. Max was fantastic from the outset and having met with him initially we trusted that we were in good hands with an experienced and trustworthy Estate Agent who knew the market well. I had very positive experience when selling and buying thorugh Seymours. I especially appreciated the client relationship manager Diana Gilberts who was a great liason between all the parties involved. She kept everybody up to date and promptly reacted to my queries and made. I feel her involvement helped us to move to exchange of contrats in less than 2 month!
