Seymours Godalming were excellent - clear and honest, responsive and understanding. Unlike some agents, Seymours were not pushy nor demanding bt provided advice and allowed us time to think. We were new to the rental market and needed to find somewhere suitable between house purchases and their letting process was straightforward and hassle-free. Success.

They don’t care about the tenants,only the landlords.Poor communication,not very helpful,especially if are a foreigner .Never ever i will rent a house with them.Very disappointing!!

Very professional. Adam showed us a number of properties with our search criteria changing over time having seen previous properties. He always kept us in the loop and sent numerous properties meeting these requirements. As a first time buyer it was a daunting process, but Adam and the whole team were very supportive and friendly and helped with our exciting project. Definitely would recommend using Seymour’s - Addlestone.

Great service! Dan was helpful throughout the entire process and very meticulous in answering our many emails, calls, etc. Dan went out of his way to meet us in London to hand over keys and met us on site out of hours to help with move in. Very personalized treatment and team is so helpful to make sure everything is smooth.
