GoogleThe check-in and management team are a joke. Contract says unfurnished but when we moved in there are old furniture and landlord's personal belongings remained in the property. Requested removal of those and it has been a lot and back and forth but they are still there taking loads of our living space! Avoid!

GoogleAbsolutely amazing letting agency by the far the best I have come across Would especially like to thank Luke and Sam burrows who have always been very helpful even once when we had an emergency on Sunday they sent over an emergency plumber who came and did the fix. Luke is an amazing salesman who understands and helps people get what they want.

GoogleThe sale of our detached house in Horsell proved to be quite protracted, due in part to it being quite quirky, but also to an omission on my part, which did not help progress. Notwithstanding ,the Horsell team stuck to their guns, handled my occasional irascibility and impatience with equanimity, and with their persistence ensured a very happy result for us. GoogleMade the mistake of using Purple Bricks to try and sell my house, what a waste of money. With my tail tucked between my legs I went to Seymour’s Knaphill. From start to finish the process was professionally managed, considerate of my needs and ended up selling for more money than Purples Twits said! From Mark Valuing to Jeff selling the expirenace was top draw! Cannot recommend highly enough 6 ⭐️‘s !!!

GoogleI personally by choice would not look to work with with any other agents than Seymours in Knaphill. Throughout the years I have brought and sold properties with this branch; liaising with both Jeff and Mark. Both Jeff and Mark work with the highest level of professionalism and really listen to your requirements. Their level of communication and determination is what has made me return back to them time and time again.

GoogleI have been assisted by Seymours on two occasions to find a residence in Woking and in both occasions Seymours have been a great help to me. Everyone I have dealt with so far in Seymours have been so patient with me and always ready to help with a smile on their face. Be it Katherine who showed me so many places on a very short notice or be it Mike and Ella who took care of the process so efficiently and with ease. I didn't have to think twice when opting for Seymours for the second time when I was again searching for a residence in Woking. It is not just their efficient way of handling individual requests but also the cordial and personal touch which makes dealing with Seymours so pleasant.

GoogleVery helpful and polite staff, this was the second purchase we did through them, with success and satisfaction. They mange 1 of property for me. The manager of the apartments is Jenni Owen - the senior property manager. Jenni is excellent, and expert on what she does as the manger .
