Roger was extremely helpful - he was the only person amongst the two estate agents and solicitors (we were selling as well...) that I felt was really keeping a close eye on things and making sensible update calls.
His advice was much appreciated and felt in safe hands. Seymours were the agents that noticed that things could get tight and took the initiative to sort out the completion date at the critical juncture.

GoogleSeymours managed our last rental and Nick and his team were thorough and fair throughout. Any issues raised were promptly addressed and the maintenance team who fixed issues were also very professional. My husband and I have rented over 13 properties between us and Seymours were definitely the most professional and helpful we have experienced. While we did have to agree to pay for an independent inventory clerk and professional clean this did save us time when we moved into our next home. Thanks Seymours!

GoogleWhen we found the house in Farnham we new we had to act quickly. Engaging with Seymours, Farnham was so easy and the experience we had throughout the purchase was really a pleasant one.
Suzanne our contact could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Each time I requested to look around or ask any Q's relating to any part of the purchase Suzanne was there for us. With her bubbly personality and albeit, my initial thoughts of dread having to work with Estate Agents, were soon put to bed. Even when there were issues or delays Suzanne made every effort to put our worries at ease .
