David Tom and Max were always willing to go out of their way to ensure the sale of my home went through as quickly as possible, despite a couple of unpredictable curve balls! GoogleDavid and the team have been fantastic during this difficult time, I'm selling the house for a recently disabled relative and nothing has been too much trouble, They've walked me through the process and kept me updated regularly. Viewings have been arranged and performed by the outstanding staff and my auntie has even got to look forward to the viewings, Property sold within a month even if this difficult economic climate and I personally believe it's due to their hard work and diligence in everything they do. Estate Agents can have a bad name but Seymours is definitely not in this category, A credit to the profession and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend all the team but especially David, Tom and Max.

GoogleWe recently exchanged on a property in Horsell, and Sandra and the Seymours team could not have been more helpful and professional. We had an unexpected glitch with our buyer releasing funds, which meant that exchange was held up by over a week. Sandra was very understanding about this, and worked hard to reassure our vendor that all was OK, and maintain the completion date that we were aiming for despite the late exchange. On the day of completion Seymours were excellent on driving communications at getting everything wrapped up, and we were in the house at 10:30am with a free bottle of Prosecco from the team to say congratulations. Very glad our vendor selected such a friendly and easy to work with company!

GoogleI have sold several properties via Seymour’s Prestige and would recommend them as an agent who are geared up to and specialise in properties over £1M. Lloyd Moss has built his team from the top employees at the other Seymour’s branches and all sales team members are fully briefed on the properties on offer, so no “Saturday girls or boys!” There marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising. The network of branches in Surrey also increases proactive market exposure, rather than just bunging it on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring!

Throughout the process the entire team has been exceptionally professional, eager and keen to support, while never being pushy. The responsiveness and care they have taken to get all details right and as many serious buyers through the doors as possible have resulted in securing a sale in a challenging market with several genuine offers to choose from. We particularly value the personal touch, partnership feel, the genuineness of the team members and the willingness to be flexible and accommodating when needed. They have all worked exceptionally hard for their fee and have provided us with clear value for money above and beyond.
