They have been my agent for more than three years now. Agent Luke actually was great to deal with. He found me the property I was looking for within a week. I also like that they have an online maintaining service to report any issues in the property and they response promptly.

I definitely recommend Seymours Estate Agents for the way they've managed to find us a property. Toby, the estate agent that was managing the viewings, understood very well our needs and presented us relevant properties. He was very professional and found out quick a property that suited us.

We have been using Seymours for a few years now to let our property. Recently we had a 'problem' tenant and Jenni was always at hand to help to sort out the issues. Now we have new tenants and Jenni has been efficient, professional and reliable with all work that needed to be done. Thank you.

Luke was amazing when I was searching for an apartment. Moving here from the other side of the world for a new job was extremely stressful, but Luke went out of his way to find me the best place at the best possible rate. He even moved mountains to get me moved in before my temporary accommodation ended. Highly recommend Luke as an agent!

Seymours in woking mange 3 of properties for me. The manager of the apartments is Jenni Owen - the senior property manager. Jenni is excellent, i cannot fault her in anyway. Her attention to detail is superb. She responds quickly and diligently to emails and texts regarding the management on my properties. She is always very professional and keeps calm under pressure.
