GoogleI am out of the country a fair bit due to my job but leave knowing that should my tenants have an issue it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. In particular, Emily has been excellent (Rianna too) arranging contractors and chasing any outstanding work. Top quality service from the team.

Our main contact, Sandra Mitchell was extremely professional, really efficient - always communicating when she said she would - and generally very helpful. GoogleThe sales team were good - they showed round potential purchasers and kept us updated but once we had a buyer Sandra took over and kept on top of everything to make sure the sale proceeded smoothly. She was quick to notice if something was amiss so that we could sort it out swifty. We are very happy sellers. Thank you.

GoogleBroke contract, no response to contact, very poor. As tenants, we agreed a deal including the carpets to be removed in the bathroom and replaced with lino. We were promised a parking space and a garage. Both of these things were false. The carpet was not changed (despite this being in the contract). There is no parking space (despite being sold on this aspect). Calling Seymour's resulted in nothing. We were told they couldn't help us and that we would have to try and find the parking ourselves. One week later and still nothing. We were also told the garage was a different one. We finally found the garage and it was filled with clutter. The carpet in the bathrooms was never replaced. We have had no response to any emails. Incredibly poor, breaking contracts and acting very unprofessional. All great until the deal was agreed then their true colours are shown. Forced to consider other options now

GoogleDiane Gilbert at Seymores made the whole selling process a breeze. I had had a mountain of problems with solicitors and other steps in the chain that were sprung on us, but Diane took all of that stress away and dealt with everything in a calm and professional manner. When things were looking problematic along the way, she would go to work and get the result that we needed to progress to the next step in the chain. She kept things going and if there was any stalling by solicitors (which often happens of course) Diana didn't need prompting to get things going again, or wait to find out what was holding things up. I am very grateful to her and the Seymours sales team for making the process less daunting. Many thanks.

GoogleUnbelieveably terrible service. Unethical and illegal practices are common. They try to avoid doing anything they legally have to, I have had to call the council on occasion to intervene. The staff are untrained and incapable. Please avoid renting from them if you can.

GoogleTook a while to find a buyer, but after dropping the price we finally sold. Then began the long haul to exchange and completion, it took five months and without the help and support of progressions manager Diana Gilbert I would have gone completly mad.

GoogleReally unprofessional letting agents. They have the highest tenant’s admin fees around, the inexperienced young staff clearly don’t care and show little interest when showing you round e.g no professionalism, no handshake or a simple hello. Also was told incorrect information regarding deposits. From looking at their previous reviews, it’s obvious their letting team are completely missing the mark with their customer service and letting the whole estate agents down.

GoogleAs a purchaser I was utterly impressed with the service offered by Seymours. In particular, Diana Gilbert who went above and beyond in overcoming challenges with solicitors to ensure that my purchase went as smoothly as possible. The bottle of prosecco from the partners when I collected the keys was a lovely gesture too!
