We felt that Seymours went above and beyond in helping our (reasonably) complicated chain successfully exchange contracts etc and without any hesitation would recommend this Seymours branch to anyone who asks! For me, this positive experience has reaffirmed my long standing belief that the role of the Estate Agent is still a hugely important one, in the modern day with cheap alternatives to all we do, one should remember that you get the service you pay for (and for what it is worth, Seymours were very competitively priced too!). My daughter and wife are hard of hearing and my daughter especially suffers from autism, it was essential that we had the right bungalow to suit our needs. Jasmine was very empathetic and gave us the time and attention necessary throughout the enquiry, viewing, and follow up. She maintained this attention to detail throughout. We are exceptionally pleased with the service and feel valued as clients. Jasmine deserves recognition and we cannot recommend her or the company highly enough. Although on this occasion we did not ultimately end up purchasing the property, we will definitely return for future business!
