GoogleVery disappointing. As soon as I changed agent the property sold in less than a week at full asking price. Always a possibility. But Seymours actually deserve 0 stars as my purchaser sold their property through the Woking office but did not know about my property advertised through their Burpham office. Whilst they say they cross sell across branches my experience suggests not.

Joss was always willing to help, and made the whole process almost completely stress-free. He made sure we were comfortable with everything, that we were kept up-to-date and were in control as much as we felt we wanted to be. They are professional and approachable, and I would highly recommend using them if you are considering selling/moving within the area.
Their valuation quote on our property was accurate for its size and location. They were also great when we had a couple of embarrassing mishaps regarding keys.
