Illegal processes & money grabbing letting agency! Avoid at all costs. We rented a property from Seymours while we re-built our house & fully refurbished, experience wasn't great at all. We had to constantly nag them, phonecalls & emails for work to be carried out to the house. Important work for the house to function properly, and be safe. Then when coming to moving out, we found out from the next tenant due to rent the house after us knocking at our door, asking when we were moving out had in fact, been contracted into the property at the same time as us. And if we didn't end the contract early that he & his family would be homeless. This was all while my family was still in legal contract, therefore Seymours breaking the law. We were told by the letting negotiator that it was the partners that had the issued the contract, illegally. This resulted in us, having to vacate the property earlier than contracted, and still incurring costs. As no time to get little items rectified with our landlord.

We have had a very pleasant experience dealing with Seymours, ranging all the way from the infectious enthusiasm of their young team, the professionalism of the management to the due diligence of their approach in marketing one’s property. The company has a very good feel for the local Surrey market and would be worth serious consideration as a candidate to sell one’s home.

I had a great experience with Seymours in my last tenancy in Woking, from the search for a property, viewing, checking in ... to the checkout! it was an outstanding service. but having Jenni as the property manager was a top up, she was very helpful and listening to every single question/claim even tho I was not the easy tenant as I ve been overseas majority of the time. Thank you for such a customer service.

Worst Estate Agents You can dell with they don't care about you property maintenance you will have to keep call in theme all the time and they just keep saying yes we do and you will still keep waiting for weeks something to be done good luck i been with theme for 3 year i will say not good experience in maintenance ..etc

It was a daunting task making the big move out of London to Surrey but you really made us feel at ease with a smooth process and excellent communication. You were also very supportive when things were not quite going to plan and got us through in the end so we are really thankful. We bought our first house through Seymours Guildford. At every stage (mortgage advising, soliciting etc.) they have worked with us closely and efficiently. We were able close the deal in just a few months. We are really happy with our purchase and Seymours’s professionalism, especially Simon’s, has played a big part.
