We have had a fantastic experience with Seymours. We were looking for a flat to rent in Woking and they met our brief exactly with good variation to allow us to understand the market, were very understanding and attentive. Seymours, especially Tom Cheape, are fantastic at contact - never were we left hanging or unable to speak to someone. Josh was brilliant on the viewings despite some difficult tenants not letting us in - he kept his cool and was excellent at building rapport with us. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and we got a brilliant flat which they enabled us to get due to their expertise and specialist knowledge of the market. Will certainly be using Seymours when we are ready to buy. Massive thanks to Tom, Tony and Josh in particular. Not surprisingly Seymours are the market leader in Woking - would highly recommend!

Very impressed dealing with Seymours at all levels. We were looking for the right flat for a long time and (unlike other estate agents) Seymours understood what we were looking for and only spoke to us about properties that were around our requirements. They were also helpful and professional with the offer, mortgage and buying processes too. We recently bought and sold through Seymours. We saw a house we wanted, went straight to the Seymours office and had an offer accepted on the condition we sold our house in 2 weeks. Seymours did just that and we accepted an offer on our house just before lockdown. Everything went smoothly with flawless communication and service from all at Seymours. I found Simon to be really helpful and supportive in this somewhat unusual sale. Originally we were selling to a sitting tenant, but they had problems with their mortgage. Simon helped me to work with the lettings team to support the tenant vacating the property and finding a new home, whilst also picking up the sales process again. As an owner living at the opposite end of the country, Simon helped me with a house clearance company and some cosmetic repairs that the buyer insisted were done just before exchange. We got there and Simon kept me sane throughout. Thank you Simon and all the team at Seymours, you were brilliant.

Excellent service! Both Guildford and Burpham have been fantastic. Guildford sold our house above asking price I’m under a week!!! Burpham helped us seal the deal on our new home.
