GoogleWe have just bought our first house through Seymours (Woking). At first we were a bit wary because of the reputation estate agents are given, however our experience with them has been excellent. From arranging viewings for houses through to completion on our property, Seymours have been professional, courteous and responsive. Zo Khan was instrumental in negotiating the price and went above and beyond, working hard to push the sale through so we could buy the property for our max offer price - Thank you so much. Thomas Hill was really helpful with the viewings/sales aspect, getting answers to our questions from the seller and was very communicative. Once our offer was accepted, we were assigned a client relationship manager, Amy Krelle. Amy was on the ball from start to finish, very communicative, helpful, friendly and professional. She helped us clarify things and push the solicitors when needed, and I think the process would not have gone as smoothly and efficiently without her input. It was nice to finally meet her on the day we got our keys and thank her in person (and thanks for the surprise bubbly, a lovely personal touch). We are very impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend Seymours to anyone looking to buy a house. Thank you for helping us find our dream first home! Maya and Andy.

GoogleAs a tenant, the service that Seymours offers is very poor. It seems that as soon as you have moved in and signed your tenancy agreement, they’re not really interested in responding to you. You need to chase them up and send multiple emails …

GoogleFrom the start of deciding to move from our current sales agent to Seymours, they have been excellent from the word go. They really did deliver what they promised, my house was sold within the first week of viewings and just after lockdown. The uncertainty in the current market did make me quite nervous but Seymours were always reassuring. They are very responsive and dealt with issues professionally and promptly. The entire team are really an asset to the company, I would definitely recommend using Seymours to anyone in their local and surrounding areas.
