GoogleWe have just bought our first house through Seymours (Woking). At first we were a bit wary because of the reputation estate agents are given, however our experience with them has been excellent. From arranging viewings for houses through to completion on our property, Seymours have been professional, courteous and responsive. Zo Khan was instrumental in negotiating the price and went above and beyond, working hard to push the sale through so we could buy the property for our max offer price - Thank you so much. Thomas Hill was really helpful with the viewings/sales aspect, getting answers to our questions from the seller and was very communicative. Once our offer was accepted, we were assigned a client relationship manager, Amy Krelle. Amy was on the ball from start to finish, very communicative, helpful, friendly and professional. She helped us clarify things and push the solicitors when needed, and I think the process would not have gone as smoothly and efficiently without her input. It was nice to finally meet her on the day we got our keys and thank her in person (and thanks for the surprise bubbly, a lovely personal touch). We are very impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend Seymours to anyone looking to buy a house. Thank you for helping us find our dream first home! GoogleFirst time buyers who didn't know much about the Woking area. Approached Seymours a few weeks ago to assist with the house hunt and share some options with us. Extremely professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Always at the end of the phone and ready to answer any questions we had. Ashleigh has been a great asset to the team- very patient with us and responsive to any requests. Likewise Owen and Spencer who both showed us around a mixture of properties on two seperate viewings. Both very knowledgeable and we didn't feel under any sort of pressure to make decisions we didn't want to. Would highly recommend Seymours definitely 5 stars *****PositiveProfessionalism
