We sold our house through Sarah Mains. Customer service was excellent, keeping us well informed every step of the way and negotiating on our behalf with the buyer over a few minor repairs which was very helpful. Proir to acceptance we had 3 parties bidding before accepting an offer. We highly recommend their services.

I was looking to purchase a property. The customer service was excellent every time I spoke with the agents. We had one viewing that wasn't conducted by the home owner. The agent was prompt and very knowledgeable about the property. I would highly recommend Sarah Mains.

I have to say the service we received from Sarah Mains was second to none. Truly professional from start to finish. I used this company to sell my house and I couldn't ask for a more professional outfit and my house was sold in weeks of advertising it. I was really appreciative of the professionalism of the surveyor Dawn she was very friendly and gave helpful advice as to how to make our home more sellible. I would recommend this company to anyone selling/buying or renting.

Sarah Mains have been helping me with their tenant finding service for my properties in Pelaw for the last 10 years. In that time, I've found them to be professional, friendly, helpful and extremely quick at getting me excellent tenants in a short space of time, thereby reducing the pain of elongated void periods! I would highly recommend using Sarah Mains. My property went on the market at the start of February which received lots of viewings and offers. I recently accepted an offer that I was delighted with. This is down to the fantastic customer service I received from Chris Huddleston and Donna Rowell at the Low Fell branch. The communication was outstanding - always keeping me in the picture and very efficient. These two are a credit to the company. Thanks again.

I thought selling my house would be incredibly stressful. Sarah Mains however went out of their way to make things as straightforward as possible. Staff went the extra mile, even taking photos on their day off so that marketing wouldn’t be delayed, and sold my house for the full asking price within 24 hours. Communication is clear, all staff I speak to are friendly, competent and able to answer my queries straight away making sure that the paperwork isn’t unnecessarily delayed. By far the most efficient estate agents I have dealt with.
