GoogleI honestly think that this is a fantastic place to use for self storage. The staff are incredibly nice, cheery, always having a good laugh, but at the same time, very helpful. They recommended me a man with a van to use, from a different company, to get my stuff into storage, and the service he and his colleague provided me was brilliant. When things went wrong (as something normally does with a move) they didn't complain. They just got on with it. What more, the self storage itself is very reasonable, allowing for cheaper prices for the first few months, but does go up over time. I've also seen where my items are being stored so I know that it's secure. Very nicely done.

GoogleGreat service and support at affordable prices. I have used Safestore Colchester for several years now and can truly say that the staff have always been helpful and professional. The building is kept clean and in well repair. I have seen Nick the manager and other members of his team painting the floors themselves to make sure it always looks great. I have had many offers from other storage companies but, the friendly competent staff at Safestore Colchester offers everything I need.

GoogleNick and his team have been so so helpful and I couldn’t recommend safestore more. Great price and I feel safe with my belongings there and know I can call them or pop in if I have any questions. They’ve made my moving experience a lot less stressful which is a godsend!

I had to upgrade my storage unit to a larger room and I was given a variety of options/locations that would best suit my requirements. GoogleI moved my company stuff to this lovely, well maintained storage in Swanley. Jay & Darren(The manager) was really helpful, with excellent customer service skills made my visit smooth. He was very helpful with the entire moving procedure. I will recommend this storage space to all. Thanks.
