I remember when we decided to sell our property, it was easy to say but sale process took longer and harder than I thought. Back in 2012 we bought our first property in nice modern area. We were on the moon seeing our family is growing here. Great service from the start from Simon and his team. From the outset they lined up many viewings that they conducted with efficiency. Communication was great throughout with particular mention going to Amir and Amanda who handled most of the viewings. After an offer had been made, at our asking price, they continued to monitor that the sale went forward smoothly. Taking 4 weeks from putting the house on the market to accepting an offer, then another 8 weeks to completion, we thought this was pretty quick, and exceeded our expectations. We had a sensible and realistic conversation about the asking price and I appreciated the fact that he did not feel the need to enhance the asking price to gain my custom or pressure me into signing the contract, as one other agent did. Member of staff Louis. What an absolute horrible human being. Stay clear. Apparently has a crystal ball that tells him the future. Very dissapointed with the service. I have been buying properties for 9 years and never been treated in such an awful manner. Behaved like a child which is not what you want when spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. Free advice, be professional and treat people in the right way, you represent your company but it appears as though you believe you own the firm and can afford to lose potential business. I wish I was as rich as you to be able to do that. Life would be much easier.
