Spencer at SJ Smith is one of the nicest people we have met during our viewings of properties in many parts of London. He is always remarkably frank, has an unbelievably quick turnaround time and goes out of his way to make the entire process a very smooth one. When we decided to move forward on a property, he continued to follow up at the same pace, completely owning the overall process and driving things forward while keeping all parties involved in the loop. Can't recommend Spencer enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Amir, Simon, Christy, Alannah and the rest of the team made selling my property a stress free experience! They organised lots of viewings, were always in contact and I never had to chase them up once. Amir was especially helpful with sorting out an issue in the chain and he resolved it very quickly. I would 100 percent recommend SJ Smith!

After having unsuccessful attempts with several other local agents we instructed SJ’s to sell our property and have been impressed from the outset to the completion. In a difficult time with Covid, restrictions and various stamp holidays, all involved have been professional, friendly and dedicated to getting the sale through. Nothing was too much with Amir, Christy, Spencer dealing with the valuation/viewings and Emma and the aftersales team dealing with a difficult buyer solicitor was really appreciated. Would fully recommend them and cannot fault the service they provided, well worth the money.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We worked with Amir Rafiq from S H Smith Estate Agent in buying a property in Staines and we cannot praise his work enough, it was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase process. It was a pleasure to work with Amir, I was really impressed with how involved and accomodating he was, always on top of it, providing us with quick responses, clarifications and all the information that we needed whilst being responsive and understanding. I really appreciated his straightforward and enthusiastic approach. We are really happy we worked together on the house purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Coming into our sale we had a history of extremely challenging, often horrible, experiences in our previous sales and purchases. We therefore entered the process very reticent of what lay ahead but credit to Amir and Team who were honest, friendly and professional from the outset. They arranged a prompt release day with over 20 viewings followed subsequently with multiple offers and a sale price we were happy with. We now hopefully have a home for many years to come but if we went again tomorrow we wouldn't hesitate to go with SJ Smith. We even went with their recommended Conveyancer such was our satisfaction in the sale process and that decision also proved to be sound as they were excellent too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My experience with S J Smith has been very positive since the beginning, I'm a first time buyer and never lived in Staines so needed a lot of guidance initially. Spencer and Amir particularly have been very helpful from day 1 guiding me around and suggesting properties that match my criteria till we managed to find a suitable house. I'd really recommend dealing with S J Smith if you're looking for a house to buy in Staines

SJ Smith have been nothing but professional from start to finish with what should have been a very stressful time. The team were great, but particularly Spencer who really goes over and above. He was always available at times which definitely were not office hours and always put our minds at ease and was super responsive. He was honest, reliable and a genuine nice guy who always delivered what he promised. Should we ever need to move again I would definitely use SJ Smith .PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was dealing with Spencer from SJ Smith, I was interested in a property and he assisted me throughout the whole procedure. He was very efficient, responsive and came across as a real genuine guy. The sale never actually went through in the end but Spencer was still happy to help with anything else that I may need. I’d recommend anyone to get in touch with him if they come across a property that SJ Smith are selling. Great service and very professional!!PositiveProfessionalism

I have been looking for a new home for over a year now, and recently started viewing property’s from S J Smith Staines. And I would like to say I have never met a single Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator as amazing as Spencer. He has gone above and beyond on all occasions. As a first time buyer I’m very new to the whole experience and Spencer has made it easy, straightforward and explained the details on things about the property and it’s potential. He has shown me around properties as if they were his own and even went above and beyond to give me a shot at putting an offer for a property that already had several offers hours before the deadline. Even though I have not been successful with finding a property I am beyond pleased with the services and guidance from Spencer and the team at S J Smith. Alannah is still in touch with new properties and Carol was so friendly throughout the quick background checks. S J Smith really are miles ahead in the Staines area when it comes to service and delivery.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We recently bought our dream house through SJ Smith, the agency has been fantastic from start to finish. We were first time buyers and were struggling to find anywhere we liked and a lot of the other agencies were difficult to deal with. All the staff at SJ Smith really went the extra mile, from arranging viewings, finding properties to suit us, helping us put an offer on the house, to supporting us through the whole mortgage, surveyor and solicitor process. They always took the time to explain the different stages and help us whenever they could. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to exchange so efficiently (even beating stamp duty!). Everyone we dealt with was always polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. In particular, we really want to thank Amir for such fantastic support throughout the whole journey of buying our house, it was so daunting at first but he made sure each step was clear and we felt confident throughout. If we ever came to move in the future, we would definitely use SJ Smith and recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you to Amir and everyone at SJ Smith!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you do in life, dealing with Amir and the team at SJ Smith could not be further from this. From initial meeting (and we met five different agents) we had complete confidence in Amir and we are delighted with the service we have received. Quality listing and viewings had our property under offer within days of going to market. Communication with all staff at SJ Smith was excellent, quick response and always had time for our calls. Our only wish is that we could have bought through them as well!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

S J Smith were excellent, we had previously been with another estate agent to sell our property but moved the s smith due to more communication and a lot of other problems From the first meeting to completion of sale in our property we had complete confidence n s smiths ability From Adir in sales who got us our buyer and kept us informed every step of the way on viewings and Nicola who proactively and competently progess chased between the solicitor s and the lease management company and kept us informed sometimes having to call us several times a day She is unique in her communication skills and I think she deserved a pay rise for all she does She provides a excellent customer service and makes s smith stand out from all other estate agents Susan and a John Gosling!!

Working in property around the local area I’ve been noticing the influx in SJ Smith property boards everywhere, what really struck me though was the majority of the boards were saying SOLD !! This to me was a sign to poke my head in & show some interest. Don’t get me wrong the office isn’t huge or luxurious but the team certainly make up for it. I’ve been dealing with Spencer very knowledgeable, smartly dressed, polite, but advised me, no that I didn’t know my plan & the best route to take but he wasn’t to know that, not one of those agents that’s here’s the property upstairs downstairs kitchen Thankyou get your cheque book out. It genuinely was a very pleasant & professional experience & will continue working with them as I currently am.PositiveQuality, Professionalism
