GoogleOur agent Amir was extremely helpful, he was very proactive, honest and straightforward. We ended up finding a house with another agent, but I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and his business.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThere are good and bad people in every organisation. I had some really bad experience but at the same time I had very good experience dealing with Amir Rafiq at SJ Smith. He is very professional, supportive and helpful. He resolved some issues for me which even Director level people were not able to resolve. I would highly recommend any potential clients to deal directly with Amir Rafiq for quality service.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSpencer has an incredibly, friendly, calm and endearing demeanour. I am new to the area and Spencer has gone above and beyond to support us in the search of a new home. Majority of properties shown by Spencer have exceeded our expectations and on numerous occasions he has relentlessly used his negotiation strategies to help us secure a house. Spencer is highly skilled and has shared credible information on various properties. We haven’t found our dream home as yet, however, Spencer has continued to communicate with us regularly. Thank you very much for your support. Keep up the good work!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe’ve been searching for a house for the past few months and first met Spencer when he showed us a property at the start. Since then he has worked so hard to try and find us a property that’s right for us (not just showing us irrelevant property on their books as some agents would) and has taken the time to find out what we need and want. He’s always available to chat and offer advice and helped us hugely through the process of offering on one of his properties. A really nice guy who takes genuine interest and wants to help!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSimon has created a great team that is next to none in Staines! It is worth mentioning all his team members who helped us go through the stressful process of selling a house, made worse by the pandemic. Simon himself was very honest and open about his valuation of our property and with his deep knowledge of the local residential property market, gave us the confidence to take the first step to market the property. Alannah with her excellent photographic skills brought forward the best of the property in both the brochure and online portals. We received 2 offers from the first 4 viewings! Christy was very calm and pleasant while conducting the viewings. It wasn't all smooth sailing after that as it took a very long time to exchange contracts and complete due to the uncertainty thrown in by the pandemic. But Amir was always reassuring to talk to during those difficult times and Nicola kept us well informed by keeping the communication alive. I found everyone very professional and objective throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for more!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleS J Smith were very helpful throughout the journey from property viewing to purchase. Amir was always on hand to take our calls, offer advice, and help with proceedings. We have very little experience of other estate agents in the area, but compared to the others in the chain S J Smith certainly came across as the most efficient and professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was impressed with S J Smith right from my initial contact to discuss the sale of my mother's property. I felt confident that a good strategy was being proposed and a good price was soon obtained. GoogleWe had the pleasure on the weekend to view 2 properties with SJ Smith’s. I must say that Christie & Spencer who showed us each property are the most professional & knowledgeable estate agents we have ever come across. We have viewed hundreds of properties with many agents, but these guys are truly the best of the best. I hope the bosses retain them as they are a huge asset to the businessPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
